MASOVERS — UP TO 4 ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Masovers can be added to your exclusive hire of Masia Pairal, providing 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and increasing the total capacity to up to 26 guests.
Supplement: €350 / night or €2,000 / week.
Rates include: 10% VAT, WIFI and final cleaning service.
Not Included Tourist tax: 2,00€ + 10%VAT pp/ night
Additional guests & extra beds (from 23 to 24 Pax): an additional fee of 40,00 € + 10% VAT per person and night will be applied. Baby cot: 40,00 Euro + 10% VAT per unit and per stay.
Services Electricity, Water and GAS consumption – THINK GREEN!
Please note that standard consumption is included of 75 kWh per day. The day of check-in we will take a reading of the counters. Additional consumption will be billed the day of the check out by CC or cash payment if it is excessive.We simply ask you to be mindful of leaving taps running and air conditioning units on.
The quote for additional kWh depends on the market status and oscillates between 0,25€ and 0,60€ / kWh + 21% VAT.
Water included 1m3 per day – additional consumption 4,50€ / m3 + 21% VAT.
Gas included 10m3 per day – additional consumption 1,20€ / m3 + 21% VAT.
Norms:
At Pairal we have a strict NO PARTY Policy! No amplified sound is allowed outside.
Important: we have exclusivity for housekeeping services and catering.
To Confirm your Booking:
A first deposit of 40% of the total villa rental is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 60% is due to be paid 7 weeks before the arrival by bank transfer. Credit cards other than Amex are accepted with a 2% charge.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of 2.000 € is required and should be paid 2-3 days before arrival by wire bank transfer or on the day of arrival in Cash (EURO). Please note that the damage deposit will be returned 14 days after check out by bank transfer.
- CHECK IN time: from 4pm to 8pm.
- For check-in between 8pm and 12am, there is a surcharge of 100€ + 10% VAT.
- For check-in from midnight there is a supplement of 150€ + 10% VAT.
